Mr. and Mrs. William E. Helsel of Monrovia, MD are very proud to announce the engagement of their daughter Elizabeth Anne Helsel to Jonathan Robert O’Neal, son of Mr. and Mrs. William L. O’Neal of Frederick.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Col. and Mrs. James M. Lacy of San Antonio, TX, and the late Lt. Col. and Mrs.Wilford P. Helsel of Laurel, MD.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Beauford A. Oden of Frederick, MD, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert O’Neal of Frederick, MD.
Miss Helsel is a 2010 graduate of Urbana High School, a 2013 graduate of Tulane University, and a 2017 graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Master’s Degree in TESOL. She is currently employed as an ELL teacher.
Mr. O’Neal is a 2007 graduate of Governor Thomas Johnson High School, and a 2009 graduate of Full Sail University with an Associate’s of Science Degree in Show Production and Touring. He is currently employed by the Weinberg Center for the Arts as an Audio Engineer.
A November wedding is planned at Dulany’s Overlook in Frederick.
