Stuart and Erin met in middle school science class. They started dating in 2011, the summer after they graduated high school together.
“Our wedding was postponed three times due to COVID, but third times the charm because we tied the knot in June 2021 on our third wedding date! We have been together for 10 years and have waited for our wedding day since our engagement in 2015. Stuart served in the United States Navy and was deployed often, which led to the delayed wedding. Postponing our original 2020 date to 2021 was difficult, but was worth the wait if it meant family and friends could be there to witness our marriage and commitment to one another. We are so thankful for all the family and friends who drove or flew from all over the country to be there on our special day. We also want to send a special shoutout to Mary Springer, the bride’s grandmother, who made the most amazing coconut cake ever!”
Erin is a Coordinator and UMBC-Shady Grove and Stuart is a DevOps Engineer. They reside in Middletown.
