Tyler and Kerrie were high school sweethearts and got engaged in December of 2018. The couple started looking for venues right away and did a lot of research online before visiting any sites. Turf Valley Resort was the first venue they visited, and after seeing the outdoor ceremony space they knew right away that is where they wanted to get married. “Tyler happens to be a dedicated golfer, so the fact that he and his groomsmen could play was a definite plus and all our guests could stay the night at the hotel.”
Tyler and Kerrie’s original wedding date of June 13th, 2020, was quickly changed when the pandemic hit to October of 2020. As they approached the October 2020 date, they decided to move their wedding date again to September 5, 2021.
After many months of planning, the couple’s emotions towards the big day did not change in the slightest. When their wedding day finally came, the couple was excited to celebrate with their family and friends present to share in their love.
Even rain during the ceremony didn’t deter their smiles. Tyler and Kerrie had a large wedding party of fifteen by their side for their outdoor ceremony, followed by an indoor reception. The couple chose white and green as a color palette for their wedding decor.
