“Brad and I met by him doing work in my parent’s house. My mom decided to give Brad’s work a call to let his dad know how great of a job they did in her house and threw in there that, ‘My daughter thinks your son is cute,’ so it’s safe to say thanks, Mom! Brad and I have been together 6 years.”
Brad proposed on Carroll Creek. “He told me we were going to take family photos since his brother was moving to Tennessee in a few weeks. Somehow he managed to get both of our families together and once I saw all of them standing on the bridge I just knew it was coming.”
160 attended their outdoor May nuptials at Stone Manor Country Club, including five bridesmaids and five groomsmen. “There were a lot of tears and a lot of laughter.”
The couple chose a rustic theme for their decor, which included a color palette of navy blue, yellow and white. The couple also had a cookie table, a Pittsburgh tradition. “The majority of my family is from Pittsburgh. When you go to a wedding in Pittsburgh they don’t ask how the wedding was they ask how the cookie table was!”
Morgan is an orthodontic dental assistant and Brad is a glazier. They currently reside in Myersville.
