Moriah Thomas Parker is the daughter of Scott and Shlesta Thomas of Frederick. She is a portfolio management & fundraising associate at private equity firm Federal Capital Partners. Philip L Parker is the son of Lenny Parker and Monique Lloyd Parker of Philadelphia, PA. He is a commercial account manager for W.W. Grainger.
The bride’s father, Minister Scott Thomas, officiated the outdoor ceremony.
The couple met at Howard University while studying for their undergraduate degrees.
After a honeymoon in the Maldives, the couple resides in Maryland.
