Lawton 70th Anniversary

Bill & Paula Lawton are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary, June 30, 2021 – a joyful lifetime together from early days in Maine and New England, the birth and raising of two children, and the wonder of five grandchildren. Their work and interests have taken them to a year of living in England, lengthy visits to Europe, Russia, Australia and New Zealand, visiting family and friends in Ireland, travel to South America, homes in Frederick, MD and North Chatham, NY, and then resettling on Maryland’s eastern shore in 2013. Their life together is filled with science (his work as a microbiologist and love of vegetable gardening) and art (her work as a decorative artist and teacher) and the love of many friends and family who wish them all the best on this amazing achievement.
