Anne Elise Hart and Charles Augustus Bartholow III
Charles and Elise met in Worcester Massachusetts at a concert they were attending. Charles moved to New Hampshire for a short time to date Elise and they moved down to Virginia together to be closer to family and friends. Charles proposed to Elise at sunset on Christmas Day 2016 on Lido Beach in Sarasota, Florida. A July wedding in Thurmont is planned.
