Franklin Richard Free Sr. & Patsy Jean Rippeon were married on October 31st, 1958 at Rocky Ridge Church of the Brethren in Rocky Ridge MD. They have been blessed with 3 Children: Rick, Terry and Cyndi, 4 Grandchildren: Josh, Deidre, Hannah and Shayna, 5 Great Grandchildren: Clark, Travis, Olive, Marley and Emmett.
