On Monday, July 24, 2017 (the couple’s two year anniversary) William surprised Adryana by proposing in front of Cinderella’s Castle at Walt Disney World. To make the moment even more special, William, also, took the time to coordinate having both of their families join them in Disney to witness the proposal.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Andrew and Kristina Billotti of Middletown, MD. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Maryland University College and is a Master of Science degree in Library Science from Clarion University. Currently, she is employed as a Librarian III for Baltimore County Public Library.
The future groom is the son of Tracy Carroll of Hagerstown, MD and William and Shirlisa Carroll, Jr. of Walkersville, MD. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in management studies from the University of Maryland University College. Currently, he is employed as a Library Assistant III for Washington County Free Library.
The wedding will take place on Sunday, September 23, 2018, at The Lodges at Gettysburg in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
