Dahl and Peggy Drenning of Woodsboro celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on July 3. They were married at Grace Lutheran Church in Westminster. Dahl is a graduate of Walkersville High School and the University of Maryland. Peggy is a graduate of Damascus High School and Western Maryland College. Dahl is a retired educator and pastor and Peggy is also a retired educator. They have a daughter Alexandra Mantz, and son -in -law Tyler of Alva, OK, and two grandchildren, Merritt and Larson.
