On The Day Event Coordinators

After our initial meeting, we will provide you with our paperwork, designed to help you organize your wedding timeline, ground plan, vendors, photo call list, and more.

A month out from your wedding, we will meet again, go over your timeline, and gather any additional info from you.

After that meeting, we’ll reach out to your vendors. We are their point of contact for the month leading up to your wedding.

The week before the wedding, we’ll meet once more to finalize any details with you.

Then we’ll be there, on the day, to execute your vision exactly how you always dreamed, from pinning on your groomsmens boutonnières to lighting your reception table candles. We are here to make sure it ALL happens On The Day so that you can focus on enjoying every special moment with your family and friends.
